Stripe charges its own processing fee. You receive payments in your own Stripe account. Crewcade never holds the money, and there is no payout schedule to wait on. A free event costs nothing on any plan, and adding members never costs more.

Is the Starter Plan really free?

Yes. The Starter Plan is free, and signing up takes an email. Members, admins and events are unlimited on it. You pay a 5% platform fee, so the only time Crewcade costs anything is when you have been paid.

Are there fees on free events?

No. Free events stay free on every plan, and every event you run is included. Crewcade charges a fee on the money you collect, and only on that.

What is a credit?

A credit is what Crewcade spends when it makes something for you. Flyers, captions and event copy use credits. So does a posting schedule and your brand kit. So does every page you build, like an event page or a product page. Bigger jobs use more credits than small ones. Making these costs real money to run. Credits keep that fair for you and steady for us. Credits refill every month: 10 on the Starter Plan, 50 on the Pro Plan and 200 on the Scale Plan.

Does the price go up as we grow?

No. Members, admins and events are unlimited on every plan, so adding people never moves you up a tier. Plans differ by what they unlock and by the fee on money you collect, never by how many members you hold.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Yes. Pay yearly and get two months free. The plan is the same either way, and you can move between plans whenever you need to.

Will my price go up later?

Your price is locked while you stay subscribed. The price you sign at stays yours, and any increase applies to new signups only.

Can I keep my current ticketing?

Yes. Point an event at Eventbrite, Meetup, Luma or your booking platform and Crewcade sends people straight there. The event page, the announcements and the reminders still run from Crewcade. Sell through Crewcade instead and the money lands in your own Stripe account, with a platform fee on the money you collect. Free events carry no fee on any plan. Most organizers run both ways at once, and nothing here asks you to pick one.

Where does the money go?

Straight into your own Stripe account. People pay from your page and the money lands in the account you control, under your own name. Crewcade never holds it, so there is no balance to withdraw and no payout schedule to wait on. Connect Stripe once and the same account takes memberships, dues, tickets and anything else you sell.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Signing up takes an email address and nothing else. The Starter Plan needs no card on file and stays free for as long as you use it. You add a card when you choose to move to a paid plan, and you can set everything up, run events and take payments before you ever do.

Who owns my members?

You do. Your roster, your dues history, your attendance records and your event pages belong to you. A marketplace rents you an audience and keeps the relationship with it. Crewcade holds your records and hands them back whenever you ask. Export everything in standard formats on every plan, the Starter Plan included. Stop paying and you keep your page, your list and your history.
